In addition to the Monthly Salary, Pension/Family Pension with gratuity is paid to each employee after retirement as per CCS Pension Rules 1972. Medical facilities are also provided as per CCS (MA) Rules as provided in Cantt fund Servant Rules 1937. Encashment of unutilized Earned leave is also paid at the time of Retirement.
